We are currently recruiting an Onsite/ Employee Coordinator to work at one of our customer locations during their peak season (October through February).  The purpose of this position is to work as an extension of the customer’s HR department and as an extension of the Kelly Services branch to manage temporary associates.  This will start out as a part time position, but will increase to full time hours late fall.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations and Management
    • Monitoring turnover and absenteeism
    • Conducting employee performance reviews
    • Soliciting employee feedback
    • Employee retention
    • Monitoring and coaching employees
    • Investigating customer and employee complaints
  • Account Management
    • Developing and presenting business reviews
    • Facilitating customer feedback
    • Attending customer meetings
    • Monitoring key performance indicators
  • Recruiting/Sourcing
    • Screening and accessing candidates
    • Conducting interviews
    • Completing reference and background checks
    • Conducting employee orientations
  • Other
    • Reviewing and managing reports
    • Preparing employee time for payroll processing
    • Health and safety
 
Your contributions:
  • Previous experience managing and supervising employees is preferred, experience in a call centre environment is an asset
  • Outstanding customer service is a MUST!
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and accomplish many tasks simultaneously with an attention to detail
  • Strong customer focus, team orientation and computer skills
