Autodata Solutions is looking for 6 Data Entry Clerks to join our London,ON Data team!

Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Clerk you will compile, analyze, interpret, enter and test all ordering, pricing, and technical data for our products.  Automotive knowledge is an asset but not a requirement for these full-time entry-level positions, that begin as a 6 month contract but have the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.  We are looking for folks with excellent data-entry and analysis skills, great communication and Sudoku puzzle lovers.  If this kind of detail-oriented, logical thinker sounds like you, read on!

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, enter and test updates to company products in our data system
• Gain an understanding of our department and the industry to develop personal priorities and timelines within departmental schedule
• Respond to customer reported errors through a ticketing system
• Review and analyze source documents to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies or missing content
• Report any defects found for confirmation and clarification from the client
• Process specialized vehicle content data as required

Qualifications:

• Excellent MS Office skills particularly Excel, Word & Outlook (2007/2010)
• Superior communication, analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
• Time management skills that enable you to stay organized and meet strict deadlines
• Automotive industry experience is an asset
• Exceptionally self-motivated, directed, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high degree of data accuracy
• This role requires flexible hours which may at times include early morning, late nights and weekends
