Quality Assurance and Process Improvements Supervisor
 
This position is a key role in the company’s efforts to improve the manufacturing processes and in driving a culture of continuous improvement.  The Quality Assurance and Process Improvements Supervisor will be responsible for proactively reviewing the production schedule and ensure that the customer delivery deadlines are achieved.  In addition they will be responsible for identifying and implementing process efficiency initiatives to support the customer experience. 
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Previous hands on experience within a small to medium sized manufacturing company where your responsibility was to focus upon production efficiencies and quality assurance.
  • Proven people skills in leading and mentoring a team.
  • Computer literate in MS Office (Excel, Word)
