Job Description
As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will be introduced to new clients and their work environment with the objective of learning their metrics and procedures, identifying client needs, and using product knowledge to implement/deploy our technology in a customer facing manner.
The purpose for the Onboarding Coordinator is to develop training material, deliver training remotely, assist with inside sales, and communicate needs to our development team.
Areas of Responsibility
- Having a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Identifying opportunities to use FreePoint Technology for the benefit of the client
- Learn and absorb different client processes and ability to work as a team for a common goal
- Develop training material and deliver training remotely
- Constant communication with tech development team to ensure that any concerns are addressed at first point of contact.
Requirements
- Proven experience with project management is preferred
- Willing to travel
- Ability to communicate, present and influence product features and functionality effectively
