This is a specialized role for anyone who has advanced Aluminum Die Casting skills or experience from working in a similar manufacturing environment. While experience with Idra is preferred, we're open to anyone with Die Casting or Aluminum experience. This Die Casting Machine Operator position has become available because this company is growing. You would be training with a team of highly skilled individuals and the assisting with the opening of a second plant later on this year.
What will you be doing on a daily basis:
• Aluminum die casting with Idra machinery
• Putting molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity
• Assisting a highly skilled team of Die Setters, Process Technician and Maintenance Techs
• Giving continuous feedback to the Leadership Team to help with constant process improvement
• Working on a computer with related software programs
This position is located north of London by about 30-45 minutes (depending on where you live). The pay range is quite competitive, it's the total compensation package that makes this an opportunity that you can't miss out on. Check out the advantages below!

Qualifications
What do you need to have to be considered for this position?
• We’re looking for someone with minimum of 3+ years’ experience with Die Casting experience
• Ability to travel outside of Canada for training
• Knowledge in TS16949
• Not located on a local bus route, you will need your own method of transportation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Time-management skills
