Employment Group: Support
Hours:  35 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Pay Details:  $26.47 per hour

Note:  This is a full-time temporary Support position until March 29, 2024 (35 hours per week).

Duties:  Reporting to the Operations Manager, Faculty of Science, Trades and Technology, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the Client Engagement Representative/SIS Designate provides operational and front-line support in the execution of Faculty of Science, Trades and Technology Operations strategic initiatives, focusing on client engagement and student registration activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post-secondary 2-year diploma in Office Administration, Human Services, Business/Communications, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience gained as a team player in an academic, customer service environment, and able to prioritize stakeholder needs
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
  • Demonstrated planning, problem-solving and effective communication skills along with high-level attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Colleague/student records system preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
