The Client Service Rep will interact with hundreds of people who are striving to regain, achieve, or maintain optimum health, naturally. This role takes place in a busy, dynamic, active office.
A typical day:
- Setting a positive tone for patients' experiences in the clinic
- Coordinating weekly tasks necessary for quality patient care and education
- Ensuring quality service to new and to long-term patients
- Patient preparation and communication; making phone calls, booking appointments, clinic operations
The successful candidate brings:
- A positive and outgoing attitude
- Has worked in customer service before
- Preferred but not required: Post-secondary graduates of Kinesiology, Holistic Nutrition, and Fitness and Health Promotion. Past experience working in fitness or health clinics may also be of benefit.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite and Google Applications
