At this time, we are seeking a highly self-motivated Account Manager for London, ON location.
This is a permanent, full-time position salary plus commission.


The Role
The Account Manager is a passionate sales expert mainly responsible for generating and securing new business in an assigned product line through ongoing outbound cold calling and relationship building. The Account Manager will be the primary contact for customers in the Coins Division and will represent the Company in a positive and professional manner to ensure continued sales and company growth through rapport-building, account management and sales expertise.  This position will build and maintain client relationships; provide pricing and product offerings to clients, as well as educate current clients and promote sales of new products, service offerings, and meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives. The Account Manager must be comfortable prospecting, developing leads, outbound sales and some inbound sales.

Required Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 5 years experience in Sales/Account Management role
  • Proven sales experience; outbound a benefit; goal oriented
  • Proven communication skills in both oral and written business communication
  • Industry Experience knowledge and experience is an asset
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities –
  • Self starter with excellent organizational and time management skills; Efficient
  • Advances sales and leadership skills; rapport building; negotiation skills
  • Persuasive and courteous communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of and ability to sell gift products, specifically Coins specialty products
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-channel, team-selling environment
  • Polished sales professional with excellent closing skills; creative and flexible
  • Proficient in and dedicated to use required software applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point, Windows applications in general)
  • Drive and passion for sales: must be passionate about servicing customers and bringing in new business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
Education, Licensing, Certification, and Experience
  • Experience working with/selling to mid-tier retail environment
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Sales experience in branded products rather than unbranded products or services.
  • Knowledge/experience with CRM
