Job Description
Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for Team Leaders for the Ingersoll and Woodstock areas.
$13.25/hr + 4% Vacation Pay Weekly.
Hours of work:
Straight midnights 11 pm – 7 am, 6 days a week.
Straight afternoons 3 pm – 11 pm, 6 days a week.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Hands on supervision of assigned inspectors

Have a working knowledge of relative ISO procedures

On and off site communications with customers

Complete Inspector reviews

Adhere to all Health and Safety rules and regulations

Prepare work instructions
-
Authorize daily time sheets for assigned inspectors

Excellent communication skills
-
Must have proof of Grade 12 or GED

Must have a clear criminal background

Must be familiar with ISO standards

Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation ( some local travelling will be required)
