We are seeking one dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to provide essential care and support in a private residential setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual looking for stable, full-time, one-on-one employment.   

Compensation & Terms   

Salary: $23.00 per hour   

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent   

Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with shifts available during Mornings, Days, Evenings, and Weekends (a consistent schedule will be confirmed).   

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.   

Work Location: This is an on-site role within a private home. All duties must be completed at the physical location; no remote work is available.   

Key Responsibilities   

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, personalized support, including but not limited to:   

Personal Care: Providing essential personal care and assistance with daily activities.   

Meal Preparation: Planning, preparing, and serving nutritious meals.   

Household Management:   

Performing light housekeeping and general cleaning duties.   

Laundering clothing and household linens, including minor mending.   

Shopping for food, groceries, and other household supplies.   

Companionship & Activity: Assisting with regular exercise, such as walks, and promoting general well-being and engagement.   

Qualifications   

Language: Must be proficient in English (oral and written).   

Education: Completion of a Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate is required.   

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience as a Home Support Worker or in a similar caregiving role is essential.
