Alliance iCommunications is a successful London based organization that provides exceptional telephone customer service and sales support to some of North America's most recognized and respected corporations and their customers.  As a result of our growing business, we are looking for talented, dedicated and enthusiastic people to join our client focused, collaborative and creative team as Permanent Inbound CSR's

Position Details:

As one of our valued Inbound Customer Service Agents, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our many well known and established North American clients.

• Rate of pay - $12/hr plus monthly bonus for English speakers, $13.50/hr plus monthly bonus for Bilingual speakers
• Inbound Customer Service Agent positions available for English, French or Spanish bilingual candidates

Position Qualifications:

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
• An ability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written format
• Proficient computer/keyboarding skills
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
