Talentcor London is recruiting for our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector for a Digital Catalog Support Analyst to join their London, Ontario Corporate Marketing team on a contract basis.  The estimated duration of this contract assignment is 12 months with the possibility of extension based on business conditions. 

Primary Responsibilities:
As a Digital Catalog Support Analyst your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Provide operational support for all digital product catalogue building and publishing activities with our eCommerce platforms
  • Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams (i.e. marketing, lab services, IT, etc.) to optimize user experiences across above mentioned platforms
  • Work closely with North American and global counterparts to ensure alignment and harmonization of business processes and data configuration models
  • Collect, aggregate and leverage available product information from internal systems (i.e. images, attributes, content, specifications, etc.) based on project requirements to create optimal user experiences and paths to purchase
  • Identify gaps in digital product information and processes and subsequently coordinate gap filling activities
  • Fluently understand digital catalog strategies and supporting structures and models
  • Responsible for routine audits (refresh) procedures to assure information is 100% and remains in sync
  • Situational reporting and investigation to support day-to-day operations
Skillset & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years related working experience
  • University degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related disciplines
  • Familiarity and comfort with large enterprise systems of record will be considered an asset
  • Proficient in data manipulation, analysis and reporting
  • Fluency in SQL, Microsoft Access and Excel (advanced formulas, formatting, macros, etc.) will be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in developing and working with relational databases is an asset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Work effectively as an individual and in a cross-functional group (in-person and virtually)
  • Effectively lead projects with agreed upon targets without direct reports
