Within the Pre-Sales and Account Management team, the Demo Specialist is in charge of managing Wavelength's demo portfolio and the completion and handover of complex demos for potential clients in different situations. This is a key position with a great deal of involvement in the sales process and a decisive influence in the accomplishment of every deal.
The ideal candidate has solid technical background and a sales and customer focus. This mix enables him/her to properly interact with all parties involved in the preparation of a demonstration using Wavelength's and third party solutions, including configurations, integrations and modifications of current systems (the demo specialist him/herself, software engineers, operations staff, IT engineers, sales representatives and pre-sales engineers) while always keeping in mind the objective of satisfying customer needs and facilitating the sale.
