• Competitive Salary Range: $30 to $45 per hour based on Experience, Qualifications and Skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily work to ensure Safety, Quality and Production requirements are achieved

• Complete or assist with completion of as-builts for work as require

• Provide Construction Manager or Project Manager with required information to complete timely accurate billing

• Lead, mentor, train staff as required to ensure safe, quality and productive completion of work

• Knowledge of reading blueprints, drawings and plans

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

• Schedule and monitor attendance of crew

• Allocate general and daily responsibilities

• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

• Monitor expenditures and ensure it remains within budget

• Resolve problems as they arise

• Report on progress to Project Managers, Engineers, etc.

• Coordinate materials and supplies onsite

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience looking after multiple construction crews at one time, preferably in civil or communication construction

• Valid Driver’s License (with a clean abstract)

• Existing valid training certificates would be an asset
