Responsibilities Include:
• Serving guests food and beverages
• Serving guests food and beverages
• Providing excellent customer service and guest experience
• Table maintenance – removing dishes, ensuring cleanliness
• May be required to assist with room set up/take down as needed
• Meeting and exceeding all customer requests in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
• At least one year of banquet serving experience
• Smart Serve certification
• Ability to lift, carry and move large trays and items on a regular basis i.e. Minimum of 25 lbs without difficulty
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, days, evenings and/or weekends
