We’re looking for an experienced?CNC Machine Operator?& Programmer to join a growing Custom Machining & Fabricating company in?Woodstock, ON. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on, precision work and wants to grow within a stable, well-organized production environment.

Location: Woodstock, ON

Pay:?$18.00 – $28.00 per hour (To be negotiated)

Shifts Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Weekly Working Hours:?40 to 50 hours per week

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Prepare machines by loading raw materials and setting up tools and fixtures
• Enter codes specifying speed, feed and cutting of the toolpath for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
• Operate CNC equipment to complete drilling, milling, and turning operations
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality
• Inspect and verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Support general production activities as required
• Clean and maintain workspace

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of CNC machining experience (lathe & milling)
• Experience in Finishing and Fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• CNC Programming is an asset
• Skilled with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong mechanical aptitude, hand-eye co-ordination & manual dexterity
• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

• Custom machine shop with exposure to noise, vibration, and dust
• Standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• PPE required at all times
