Summary of Duties | Reports to and carries out work under the direction of the Manager l, Children's Services providing knowledge, research and writing expertise, project management and problem solving skills, advice to both internal and external customers and representing the department on various committees. |

Qualifications | Masters in Social Sciences or equivalent for which a significant amount of research, analysis and writing is required. Training/expertise in program measurement and evaluation. Diversity and ethnic relations education, knowledge or expertise. |
Experience | Two to three years related experience. |
Specialized Training and Licenses | Skills and abilities in the following areas are necessary: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and website maintenance. Ability to train adult audiences and play a leadership role. Excellent facilitation, verbal and written communication skills. Advanced project management skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Valid Drivels Licence - Class G, with access to a vehicle. |
Compensation Range | $46,421-$ 66,668 |
Other Information | Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30 am- 4:30 pm Please note that hours of work are subject to change. |
