Autodata Solutions is looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager to join their team in London, ON

Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager provides leadership to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines, defined scope, and budget. This includes managing assigned resources and coordinating the efforts of third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define, document and manage the project’s charter, plans, communication plan and oversee the delivery of the project according to established methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle 
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and define project delivery approach and success criteria
• Monitor and report on project progress (schedule performance, financial performance, executive and team reporting, etc) 
• Identify potential risks/issues, and devise contingency plans
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders 
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction 

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills with excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Post-Secondary graduate.  (project management, comp sci, business, programming etc.)
• Experience – 8 + yrs (size, budget and complexity of projects – mid-size to complex)
• Excellent leadership and facilitation skills
• Experience with external client stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and relationship management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Financial/budget/cost project experience
• Risk/Change management experience
• PMP Certification an asset
• Other related certifications are an asset - ITIL, PRINCE2, 
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, Visio, JIRA
• Advanced skills in MS excel, SharePoint 
• Experience with industry recognized PPM/PSA tools
