Job Description

Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a full-time Customer Care Representative on an evaluation hire basis. 

Duties (may include and not limited to):
·    Process new orders by telephone, fax, sales representatives and walk in customers
·    Save all customer POs and confirm pack lists into the system on a daily basis
·    Review daily working sales journal ensuring all orders are correct before invoicing
·    Handle all inquiries and follow up on existing orders
·    Issue return material authorization as required and issue credits to customer accounts
·    Review open orders, back orders and order maintenance
·    Establish and maintain good working relationships with assigned accounts, coworkers and sales staff
·    Invoice drop ships and C.O.D. orders
·    Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
·    Completion of post-secondary education; Business, Administration or Marketing focus preferred
·    At least 2-3 years of experience within a customer service, order desk, or administrative position
·    Excellent customer service orientation 
·    Strong typing and computer skills
·    Strong attention to detail required

Hours
·    Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Compensation: $15.00 – 16.00/hour + 4% vacation pay
