Job Description

Position Title: IT Technical Support Assistant  

Location: London Ontario 

Education: College Diploma or equivalent 

Experience:  1 year or recent graduate 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Network Administration and IT support desk services for our client managed service customers onsite and remote support. 

  • Providing IT Technical Customer service/support for business technology including but not limited to, Servers, desktops, laptops, network devices, mobile devices, applications, and printers. 

  • Capacity to communicate customer service and resolving technical issues effectively to customers and clients onsite, remotely and by telephone. 

  • Be able to work independently as well as a team member. 

  • Strong aptitude for problem solving. 


Experience or knowledge in the following: 

  • Windows Server Administration 

  • Microsoft 365/Exchange 

  • Networking Hardware and Software 

  • Windows and Apple Desktop and Office support 

  • Mobile Devices -managing iOS devices, MDM. 


Additional Details: 

  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required 

  • Clients located in London and Southwestern Ontario 

  • Small Business environment
