Job Description
Position Title: IT Technical Support Assistant
Position Type: Part-time or Full-Time
Location: London Ontario
Education: College Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1 year or recent graduate
Key Responsibilities
-
Network Administration and IT support desk services for our client managed service customers onsite and remote support.
-
Providing IT Technical Customer service/support for business technology including but not limited to, Servers, desktops, laptops, network devices, mobile devices, applications, and printers.

Capacity to communicate customer service and resolving technical issues effectively to customers and clients onsite, remotely and by telephone.

Be able to work independently as well as a team member.

Strong aptitude for problem solving.
Experience or knowledge in the following:

Windows Server Administration
-
Microsoft 365/Exchange
-
Networking Hardware and Software
-
Windows and Apple Desktop and Office support
-
Mobile Devices -managing iOS devices, MDM.
Additional Details:

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required

Clients located in London and Southwestern Ontario
