Business Analyst - Supply Chain/Distribution

StarTech.com is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario.
 
Reporting to the Manager, Business Analysis, the Business Analyst makes an impact by collecting, clarifying and translating business processes and requirements into specific process and technical solutions. Some of these duties may include conducting business process reviews, mapping the as-is processes, gathering and evaluating business process, benchmarking requirements for an ‘ideal process’, performing gap analyses and, in collaboration with the business, preparing and presenting recommendations.
 
The immediate impact of this role is to be a member of the ERP implementation team who contributes to the success of our Supply Chain and Distribution business partners.

What You Can Show Us 
  • Functional and ERP experience in the Supply Chain and Distribution functions
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role—we need someone to hit the ground running!
  • Post-Secondary education (Business, Computer Science, Finance or Information Systems or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of developing excellent working relationships with stakeholders and business professionals at all levels
  • Ability to collaborate, focus and thrive in a challenging role
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP (an asset)
  • Broad knowledge of Information Systems and their application in the business world
  • Experience in Agile/Iterative delivery process, and a major system implementation an asset
