The Opportunity:

The Consulting Analyst will play a key role on the Organization Effectiveness team as a project manager for our employee engagement survey.  The incumbent will help clients with all steps required to launch the survey from the scoping call to action planning.  This will include:

• Leading all client calls
• Coding and analyzing survey results
• Presenting survey results to all organizational levels (including Executives)  
• Identifying opportunities for workshops and co-facilitating engagement workshops.
• Conducting onsite visits and attending events with prospects

The ideal candidate will have:
 

• A University degree in related field
• Proven problem solving capabilities
• Extremely organized with a successful track record of meeting deadlines and delivering on commitments
• Strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
• Proven client-focused and service-oriented disposition
• Some experience in a project management environment is an asset
• Experience with employee engagement surveys and/or research is an asset

Success in this role also requires exceptional relationship, listening and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial outlook and client service ethic and will be able to think creatively about how to provide the highest level of client/member service.
