Admin Coordinator - QWH

Mission Services’ Quintin Warner House has an opening for a permanent, full-time Admin Coordinator. Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, this position will function in a support role for a Live-In Treatment and Annex Program. The successful candidate must have an understanding of Addictions, Mental Health and be Trauma informed, as well as knowledgeable of Community Resources.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones
  • Call for and maintain relief schedule
  • Assisting and working with Supervisor to audit files
  • Meeting minutes
  • Graduation-Events planning for Clients and Alumni
  • Assisting with obtaining needed paperwork and gathering information
  • Working with caseworkers to move clients in and out of program
  • Equipment/supply/inventory control;
  • Planning, co coordinating and pricing work orders and repairs
  • Petty cash
  • Health and safety

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy, knowledge of ROXY, TEAMS, EXCEL and other tech platforms
  • Familiarity with Admin/Physical Plant routine preventative Maintenance
  • Client Records and Report support
  • WHMIS trained
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Demonstrated accounting skills
  • First Aid/CPR, and CPI an asset
  • Ability to interact with clients/residents
