Canada Tubeform is a growing automotive parts manufacturer providing specialized tubular steel components and assemblies to the global market.  Our organization has an immediate requirement for our Production Team at our London, Ontario facility. 

A Production Team Member is a core individual in the manufacturing facility that is ultimately responsible for production, quality and on-time delivery of our products.  We provide on the job training, safety equipment, offer competitive wages and a company paid benefit package.
 
Responsibilities will include:

• Operation of production equipment
• Perform scheduled quality inspection activities
• Ensuring accurate and complete documentation as required 
• Follow all health and safety policies to ensure a safe work place environment
• Perform plant wide 5S (sort, straighten, shine, standardize, sustain) activities
• Assist with basic preventative maintenance as required
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and team goals
• Work on a 3 week rotating schedule - 6:30 am-3:00 pm Mon to Fri and 3:30 pm-2:00 am Mon to Thurs

Qualifications:
   
Grade 12 Secondary School Diploma or equivilant
Prior production related experience in the automotive industry is preferred
Proven track record of good attendance
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
High energy and integrity
Must have transportation (no bus route)
