Position Summary:
This position is accountable for efficiency in performing all production steps required to produce quality products by specified methods. Operations include: molding, trimming, material-handling, quality checks, sorting, grinding, packaging, and post cure.

- Ability to follow work instructions and quality plans as provided for processing product
- Ability to perform in-process quality checks as required, which includes the use of tools and gauges as necessary, relevant to the characteristic of the product measurement(s) required
- Ability to use measuring equipment, such as scales and rulers
- Certified operator duties
- Must be available to work off shifts including midnight and afternoons
- Must be available to work overtime shifts as required, depending on state of business

Job Duties:
- Operation of equipment, which includes, but is not limited to the following: molding presses, calendars, extruders, splicing stations, hand fabrication tools, label maker, grinding wheels, buffing wheels, punches, etc.
- Inspect parts for visual defects and maintain quality standards and expectations.
- Complete daily and other required paperwork
- Run standard number of cycles following standard procedures (molding, trimming, sorting, grinding).
- Perform daily housekeeping duties
- Perform packaging, post-cure, material handling, quality auditing, and sort activities as required.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Team Leader
- Perform all functions in accordance with the Quality System work instructions.
- Understand the health, safety, and environmental policies and to integrate health, safety, and environmental considerations into daily work activities.

Working Environment:
- Work environment is in production with moderate to loud noise levels.

Physical Requirements:
- Visual requirements include: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Work schedule includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and lifting up to 35 lbs
- Speaking and hearing sufficient for understanding, required
- Must have sufficient manual dexterity for a variety of tasks
