Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Organizational Learning and Development Specialist will be focused on promoting strong employee engagement through the development of various learning and training initiatives.

The successful candidate will assess, recommend, implement, and evaluate strategies for employee development, training and learning plans, and succession programs. This dynamic HR professional will manage the progress and delivery of individual and group leadership development programs, as well as support Human Resources activities and assist the team with special projects as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Development (CHRL certification preferred)
• 5-7 years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
• Demonstrated track record in taking initiative and leading change efforts
• 3-5 years’ experience managing and implementing Talent Management processes and solutions
• Possesses critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
• Experience delivering training and coaching to a team
• Manage and multi-task priorities
• Strong administrative skills
• Experience with talent management software
