Quality Assurance Software Tester
Mutual Concept Computer Group Inc. (MCCG), recognized as a leading provider of back-office solutions for Farm Mutual Insurance companies, seeks a Quality Assurance Manual Tester to join our QA team.
MCCG, a mutually-owned software development & services company in London Ontario, is a leading provider of the Insurance Business Solution (IBS®) platform suite of products. MCCG develops and delivers functionality that dramatically enhances the way their Farm Mutual clients do business.
As a member of the QA team, the Quality Assurance Manual Tester is responsible for assisting in the development MCCG’s quality assurance standards, manual scripts, and implementing test plans. If you have experience within the insurance industry, we would like to talk to you.

Role & Responsibilities
- Executing Scripts and Test Plans
- Execution of testing scripts against the product for all product builds and patches to determine stability
- Manual maintenance of scripts, based on development enhancements and functionality
- Script creation and implementing test plans and cases
- Work with Customer Service, Development and Training Departments to compile a comprehensive list of pending test areas
- Assist in scheduling and sequencing testing activities
- Product Quality Assurance
- Ensure overall product quality and deployment integrity, by conducting tests and assessments after manual scripts are completed.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Over 3 years related experience in insurance related roles.
- Community College diploma or some level of post-secondary education and / or Professional Certification in Insurance (CIP)
