The Opportunity:
On behalf of one of our valued clients in Tillsonburg we are currently hiring an ‘Import/Export Documentation Clerk’ to prepare and process import/export documents and forms according to US and CDN custom regulations, laws and procedures.

The Rewards:
• $15.00/hr+4% Vacation Pay
• Days- 7:00am-4:30pm
• Overtime paid after 44 hours
• Direct Deposit Paid Weekly
• Large potential of getting hired on permanently. **Contingent upon your overall job performance and the needs of the client.

The Responsibilities:
• Receive and register invoices, forms, records, and other documents for data capture.
• Input data into computerized databases, spreadsheets etc.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data.
• Arrange for payment of duties, taxes, storage and transportation of imports

The Selection Criteria:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience with US and CDN customs documentation
• Previous experience with prreparation of Canadian E manifests, U.S.  ACE manifests, Canada Customs invoices for importation, U.S. Commercial invoices for export and experience with tariff code classification.
• CSA approved safety boots/shoes and glasses
• Ability to lift 10- 40lbs ongoing and standing for extended periods
