Agilus Tillsonburg location is currently recruiting for an Administrative Professional for one our local clients.



Job Responsibilities:

• Administer prospective tenant applications for completion


• Qualify (i.e. credit check, rental history, etc.) and secure depositin accordance with the company procedures


• Update required reports


• Follow up with applicant regarding status


• Secure new resident’s signature(s) on appropriate paperwork prior to move-in


• Monitor renewals and distribute and follow-up on renewal notices


• Distribute all company issued notices


• Other administrative functions and assist with Accounting activities as required


• Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times

 Qualifications:

• 4 years customer service experience


• Strong computer application experience


• Preference will be considered for those with Legal or Real Estate experience


• Experience with Accounts payable an asset
