In this position you will be the assistant to the wholesale sales managers. You will interact and help out with various tasks throughout the operation.
- Must be able to multi-task, possess excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented. Professionalism, reliability and dependability are necessary attributes for working well within and maintaining a team-working environment. 
- Has great time management skills and is able to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to work with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Helpful if you are familiar with different makes and models of vehicles.
- Experience in a car dealership or in a similar position would be an asset.
 
There are many tasks associated with this position. They include and are not limited to:
- Stocking in vehicles to microsoft excel.
- Maintaining a spreadsheet of current inventory.
- Running recall checks and arranging for recalls to be completed by appropriate dealerships.
- Arranging transport for vehicles to and from other dealerships and auctions.
- Being able to inform managers on the status of vehicles.
- Any additional tasks assigned by wholesale sales managers.
 
Educational Requirements and Qualifications:
High School Diploma preferred. Basic computer skills are required and must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
