Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources at our Head Office location, this position performs a lead role in the development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of talent management strategies that support Corporate goals, development initiatives and promote a learning culture. This role is also responsible for providing various Human Resources cross-functional support services.

Responsibilities Include:• Manage and assist with the development and delivery of standard leadership development programs, including building individualized and group development programs for all levels of leadership.
• Partner with leaders and groups to understand and assess current programs and resources; recommend and implement talent management strategies - including recruiting, competencies and skills evaluation, training, performance management, learning plans, development and succession programs - to support the Corporate Strategic plan and the needs of business units, leaders and teams.
• Develop learning and training plans using a variety of design and delivery methods to drive skills and career growth.
• Measure and track outcomes of talent management initiatives and to identify opportunities.
• Function as a Human Resources Business Partner to provide solutions to employee relations matters as required and to assist HR team with special projects and other assignments.
• Diploma or post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Development. CHRL certification preferred.
• 5-7 years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
• Highly professional team player, with demonstrated track record in taking initiative, leading change efforts, with 3-5 years’ experience managing and implementing Talent Management processes and solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to relate well to people from all levels of an organization to form strong partnerships with managers and promote strong employee engagement. Critical thinking, training delivery, coaching and conflict resolution skills; able to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Detail oriented and well-organized, strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and talent management software.
