Role Summary
In collaboration with the Manager of Logistics and Aftermarket Sales, the Outlet Supervisor will oversee Outlet operations. The Outlet Supervisor will engage with a dynamic leadership team to achieve ambitious organizational goals aimed at strengthening mission, business, people and workplace, brand and the environment. The Outlet Supervisor is considered a “working” Supervisor, and the successful candidate will need to maintain an on-the-floor presence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Set high standards for a strong customer service platform
- Drive a respectful team culture based on open communication, listening and recognition
- Provide training, coaching and development to team members
- Assess business opportunities by conducting statistical counts/data entry, tracking key metrics and analyzing data
- Engage with logistics/operations/human resources as required
- Conduct housekeeping, maintenance to ensure maximum productivity and tidiness
The Requirements
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a warehouse or outlet environment an asset
- Experience with transportation and salvage operations an asset
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to bend, reach, stand and lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis
- Flexible schedule- willing and able to work evening and weekend shifts
- Basic computer and technology literacy
- Acceptable results of a Police record check are necessary
