Production – Renewable Energy

On behalf of our client, a cutting edge provider in renewable energy for South Western Ontario Randstad Engineering is recruiting for Production Workers with an interest in Renewable Energy that looking for work in the Tillsonburg / Delhi Area.

Training / Start Date: May 8th 2017
Wage: $15.00 hourly + OT Paid after 40 Hours + 4% Vacation Pay

We are currently looking for people in the Blades Department with an upcoming training and orientation, our client is offering Day / Afternoon rotating shifts from Monday to Friday at $15.00 hourly on Contract for 6 months with the option of being extended or hired on at contract end based on performance and attendance.

The job entails working around blade mould machines doing a variety of tasks to complete the production of the blade including working with fiberglass to line the mould to prevent imperfections in quality. Working in small groups of 4-6 people, team members work together with Engineers and Managers to create a quality product.

Shift Hours:

Days - 7 am to 3:30 pm & Rotate every 2 weeks to:
Afternoons - 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm

Production Worker Position Requirements:

• Lifting between 20 to 40 lbs. products during production process
• Experience in farming, construction, assembly or renovations considered an asset
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 2 References
