Midnight Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the CNC department on the midnight shift
• Achieve safety, quality, delivery and production requirements on a daily basis
• Provide direction, leadership and ongoing feedback to Production Associates
• Deliver solutions and support for process improvements and problem solving in the manufacturing process
• Teach and follow organizational process including lean manufacturing process where applicable
• Develop best practices to improve all department activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Must have high school diploma - post-secondary education is preferred
• Positive attitude, strong leadership and team building skills
• Good mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach
• CNC or Tool & Die background is ideal
• Must be comfortable working a straight midnight shift
