Job Description
ADECCO is currently recruiting to fill several Heavy Material Handler job opportunities in Aylmer, ON. The rate of pay for this role is $14.50-15.35/hr depending on shift.
The responsibilities for these Heavy Material Handler jobs include:
-Mandatory overtime on weekends
-Must be available to work days, afternoons, and/or midnights
-Inspect incoming materials
-Stacking, loading and unloading of materials
-Identify components using part numbers; interpret bills of material
-Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
-Working with others in a team setting
-Keeping workstation clean and clear of hazards
-Loud, dusty environment
Qualifications:
-Previous production or heavy industrial/construction/farming experience
-Ability to work in a physically demanding role requiring lifting 50 lbs regularly
-Proof of Grade 12 or GED required (or highest level of post secondary completed)
-CSA approved Safety boots or shoes
-Two work related references
