Role Overview

The successful candidate will make an impact by sourcing product data from internal systems and contacts to distribute to our channel partners in a fast-paced setting. 

The Basics: Receive – Interpret – Pull – Fill – Source – Complete – Distribute

• The Syndication Analyst will be responsible for providing large amounts or item-level product data between internal divisions and their channel partners, buying groups, and other customers.


• Data will be extracted from internal systems of record, manipulated in tools such as Microsoft Excel, and provided to our channel partners via vendor portals, third-party data pools (GDSNs), customer templates and other channel partner requested formats


• Data reformatting, data refinement, data mapping, identification of data gaps, sourcing of missing information, and working with process owners and others to establish or enrich content are key components of this role 


 

• Leverage operational data management and customer engagement skills to enhance our ecommerce partnerships with channel partners and to improve our presence on e-commerce websites


• Prioritize syndication requests according to business and channel partner needs, building strong relationships with internal and external customers


• Escalate data quality issues to appropriate areas


• Develop an end-to-end understanding of processes, systems and standards, and contribute to enhancing existing sustainable and compliant data extraction and data syndication processes


• Interact with different functional groups across multiple levels within the organization


 

• Experience with data management and manipulation


• Well organized, excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple requests with urgency


• A team player with a strong customer focus, able to develop solutions that address customer needs


• Strong attention to detail to ensure information accuracy meets requirements


 

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or higher in a related field


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Experience working with SAP, Salsify, PISA, PIM systems, and other database query tools


• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, knowledge of functions and pivot tables, and ability to manipulate large data sets of 10K+ lines
