Job Description

Are you looking for a career that offers continuous growth and professional development? Join the London Family Foot Clinic and embark on a rewarding journey from Receptionist to Assistant to Clinical Assistant, where you can expand your skills and advance your career within the healthcare field.

London Family Foot Clinic recognizes the unique strengths and abilities of our staff. We offer a career progression path that allows you to gradually take on more responsibilities and gain expertise in different areas of our clinic's operations.

Let's explore the key differences between each role:

Receptionist:

As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will greet patients, manage appointments, book appointments, handle payments, and ensure smooth communication by mastering our EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software. Your excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities will contribute to the positive experience of our valued patients.

Assistant:

As an Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in patient care while maintaining a clean environment. You will perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning treatment rooms, sterilizing tools, escorting patients to treatment rooms, and restocking supplies. Additionally, you will take patient histories and perform non-chiropodist tasks such as taking measurements, photographs, and impressions. Occasional coverage of reception duties will be required. Your attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to patient well-being will be essential as you support our chiropodists.

Clinical Assistant:

As a Clinical Assistant, you will build upon your skills as an Assistant and take on more advanced responsibilities. In addition to performing all the duties of an Assistant, you will also provide treatments that do not require a chiropodist, such as laser treatment and orthotic measurements. Your expertise and compassionate care will help patients achieve their optimal foot health and well-being.

Join our dedicated team and unlock your career potential in the chiropody field. We offer ongoing training and mentorship to support your growth every step of the way. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to progress within our clinic and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your interest in this career progression opportunity. We thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
