Temporary Administrative Assistant


Our client, one of the leading post secondary educational facilities in North America, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones and in person queries
  • Shipping, receiving and purchasing
  • Reconciliation of month end accounts
  • Input of travel expense claims
 
Qualifications:
  • Must have 3 years related administrative work experience
  • Accounting (basic) experience
  • Completion of a University degree is preferred
  • Must have a CLEAR criminal background
  • Knowledge of Peoplesoft is an asset
  • Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
