Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for one of our Tillsonburg clients. This position is permanent!

Salary $55,000.00 yearly + depending on experience. Competitive benefit package.

Days, Afternoons, Midnights and Weekend Shift. Must be flexible to all shifts.
Job duties include:

• Production & manpower scheduling
• Lead daily production meetings
• 5S Leadership
• Monitor & manage efficiencies
• Motivate & develop team members

 
Skills and Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 years’ experience with all of the above job functions
• Must have good computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle conflict professionally
• Ability to work well with others & promote our team culture
