Job Description
CornerStone United, a leading national Extended Service Plan administrator, has an immediate opening for a Claims Support Team Members. Daily task could include but not be limited to working with customers, assisting in claim adjusting process, general team support.
Employment Opportunity Details:
What you would be doing:
• Assisting with the processing of repair claims
• Answering servicers and customer questions
• Translating claims submissions form French to English
• Working as a part of team to complete daily assignments
Requirements for your success:
• French & English bi-lingual verbal, read and written
• Computer software knowledge using Microsoft software titles
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude toward team work
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• * Preferred not required* Knowledge of extended service / warranty industry
