In the past year, the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario has supported more than 165,000 participants with opportunities to learn, grow and live healthy lifestyles.

Location: Bostwick Community Centre, YMCA & Library

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing building and program equipment audits, maintenance and repairs within the branch. Ensures a clean, safe and well-maintained facility
- Responsible for creating cleaning and task schedules for staff and ensuring implantation of schedule
- Maintain an inventory of all equipment, maintenance and housekeeping supplies and place orders as required
- Manage work order system by assignment and prioritizing repair or breakdown requirements
- Provide leadership to the Facility and Housekeeping staff through ongoing training and mentorship
- Post secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of building supervisory experience, preferably with knowledge in one of the following areas:

- Electrical/plumbing/carpentry
- Mechanical & HVAC systems
- Pool Operations (CPO – entry level required)

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- First Aid/CPR Certified
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Satisfactory Police Records Check
