Job Details

• Multi-Media Blasting (Better Known as Sandblasting but We Don’t Use Sand.)

• Powder Coating (In A Batch Setting, we do not Have an Automated Line.)

• Metal Prep (Masking, Hanging, Sanding/Grinding, Cleaning/Degreasing)

• Equipment Maintenance

• General Shop Maintenance/Cleaning/Organizing

• Forklift Operating (Industrial)

Applicant Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License

• Enjoy Manual Labor (Able to lift at least 60 lbs confidently on a regular basis)

• Not Easily Bothered by Loud Noise, Heat, Dust & Humidity.

• Can work well Independently & as a Team

• Coachability & The Desire to Learn

• Reliable & Punctual

Realities Of The Job    (**Please Read & Understand Before Applying**)

• Hard Physical Labor, Expect to be sore!

• Cleaning + Maintenance, Expect to clean the toilet and sweep the floors!

• Perform tasks independently without supervision, Be accountable!

• The environment can be very noisy and dirty at times!

• Use resources provided to you to take action on your own, expect to spend time reading and learning through trial and error!
