Job Description
In order to support the continued growth of our leading staffing firm an exciting opportunity is available for a Recruitment and Operations Manager to join our innovative team. As the Recruitment and Operations Manager you will help ensure we can continue our track record of success in finding the right fit for every position as well as inspire, lead and manage our passionate recruitment team. As a member of the leadership team, you'll report to the Director of Recruitment and President.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage operations including all recruitment, HR functions and business operations
- Manage the development and implementation of strategic recruitment and retention plans as well as new policies and procedures
- Coach and assist in the area of employee development, workforce planning, change management, employee relations and organization effectiveness
- Communicate with clients, being pro-active in offering solutions to problems in a timely manner
- Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
Experience and Skills:
- Completed University degree OR College diploma in Human Resources or Business - 2+ years in recruitment orientated role
- Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting including, competitive market research
- Ability to be passionate when inspiring team members to achieve goals
- High-energy, outgoing and confident personality
