Job Description
In this essential role, you will work in a team to provide medical equipment to hospital customers across Canada. This position requires attention to detail, sophisticated computer skills and beyond all else, excellent customer service skills. This full-time, head office role is vital to help the Tribe sales team achieve their sales and profitability objectives.
The MDS department coordinators work in a fast-paced environment where the application of accuracy and at times speed are essential. You will work in a team to provide medical equipment to hospital customers across Canada.
In this role, you will coordinate medical kits and other inventory shipments out to hospitals across Canada, for upcoming surgeries. You will check returning medical kits, bill for items used, work with the sales team when there are booking conflicts and coordinate repair requests when necessary. You will also schedule shipments based on availability and follow up to ensure return.
This role requires advanced computer skills with experience using spreadsheets and databases as well as looking up small details. A strong attention to detail and the mental strength to work under tight deadlines. This role is onsite at Tribe’s head office.
