Responsibilities:
- Tracking invoices and collecting receipts against budgeted costs
- Obtaining necessary paperwork and information from vendors and project managers
- Updating daily cost records
- Overseeing client accounts and preparing financial reports for manager review
- Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs
- Gain competency of AP/AR functions and perform backup processing as needed
- Performing basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc
- Monday to Friday
- 7.30am – 4.00pm or 5.00am - 1.00pm
- Overtime pay

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
- 2+ years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
