On behalf of our client we are recruiting for full-time temporary Customer Service Representatives in Checks Dept.
These positions are conveniently located on a bus route.
Position: Full-time-Temporary
Rate of Pay: $12/hr. per hour to start + bonus + incentives
Location: London, ON - on a bus route
Hours of work: Full time schedule, 8.5 hour shifts that falls between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Agents can work between Monday and Sunday and require two consecutive days off.

FT8 = Full time schedule, 8.5 hour shifts that start between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM. Agents can work between Monday and Sunday and require two consecutive days off.
Duties:
- Provides assistance to customers via the telephone each work day responding to customer inquiries
using superior communication skills combined with demonstrated customer service and sales skills. - Promote products through product introduction based on clients' wants or needs
- Process all requests within a timely manner with a high level of attention to detail exhibiting creativity and flexible problem solving skills.
- Provide pricing, availability, and delivery information within established guidelines.
- Obtain resolution of routine customer complaints and issues. Manage time efficiently to achieve completion of prioritized tasks.
- 1-2 years of customer service or order entry experience in a high-volume in-coming call centre environment with a sales and customer service focus.
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of PC fundamentals
- The ability to be innovative and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet targets/scores
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
- Clear and concise telephone communication skills, coupled with "activelistening” skills
- High concentration and energy levels, with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to problem solve on a case by case basis
- Strong command of the English language both verbal and written
- Computer courses (Word, Excel, Windows)
- Typing speed of 35 wpm or more
