JOB TITLE: Voice Telecommunication Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Information Technology Services
SALARY RANGE: $53,670 - $70,976
HIRING RANGE: $53,670 - $68,502
DATE OF VACANCY: Immediately
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Voice Telecommunication Specialist is responsible for administering all telecommunication services throughout the system and assisting with the planning, procurement, maintenance and installation of related equipment and services.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Successful completion of three (3) years post-secondary program in a computer related field or equivalent is required. Three (3) to five (5) years of related work experienced is required, as well as prior experience with VoIP technologies, including; Nortel CS1000, BCM and Callpilot. Experience with cell phone management would be an asset.
EXPIRY: 2014 October 30
The recruitment process requires a criminal background check for work with vulnerable persons.
First consideration will be given to permanent members of The Association of Administrative, Professional and Support Personnel (AAPSP).
