Job Description
The Athletic Club – London North is seeking a Personal Training Director!
Full Time position available
Base Salary to be negotiated, plus Commission, Bonus and group insurance benefits, position available immediately
Position is for 48 hours/week.
Location:
3198 Wonderland Rd
London ON N6L 1A1
Experience: Previous experience in the fitness club industry and proven success in managing a team of fitness professionals. Additional certifications or workshops related to sales, human resources, marketing and administration are a definite asset,
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, a strong desire to sell, be self-motivated, and have an outgoing positive attitude.
Education: minimum education of high school, post-secondary education relating to the health and fitness industry or certification relating to sales and/or customer service will be taken into consideration
All Athletic Club employees are required to have CPR/First Aid training. New employees must show proof of certification within their first month of employment.
All Athletic Club employees must be bondable and be able to provide a criminal background check upon hire.
Job Responsibilities: (not limited to) organize and conduct team meetings, perform interviews, conduct employee reviews, provide training and coaching to fitness consultants and personal trainers, meet and exceed monthly sales goals, generate sales leads and identify monthly promotions to promote personal training, handle member/PT client concerns.
