Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Estimator & Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be based in the Greater London Area, with a dual focus on:- Local Estimating & Sales – serving residential and commercial clients in the greater London region.
- National Accounts & Business Development – supporting the growth of major accounts across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating and Project Support- Prepare accurate and timely project estimates for residential and commercial window film installations
- Conduct site visits, measure specifications, and prepare detailed proposals
- Collaborate with installers and project managers to ensure accurate execution
- Review architectural drawings and specifications to develop estimates
Sales and Client Development
- Generate new business through lead generation, prospecting, and cold calls to homeowners, contractors, and businesses
- Drive sales in the Greater London Area for residential and commercial clients
- Lead business development initiatives to grow national accounts
- Build strong client relationships by providing consultative sales and tailored solutions
- Represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and with architectural/design firms
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to close business
Graphics and Architectural Film Focus
- Promote and sell both graphic film (branding, signage, decorative solutions) and architectural film (solar control, safety/security, privacy)
- Provide technical knowledge and recommendations to clients, architects, and facility managers
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
National Accounts & Team Support
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, and design firms
- Collaborate closely with the London team to ensure consistent service delivery
- Attend training sessions and regular check-ins at the London office
- Support broader business goals by contributing to cross-regional initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and estimating, preferably in window film, glass, glazing, construction, or related industries
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling
- Familiarity with architectural film products and applications considered a strong asset
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage local and national sales pipelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Greater London
